Exportmaster software is an export administration and documentation system.

It helps you to manage all the checks and processing requirements to facilitate the efficient preparation of export documentation.  Shipments can be dispatched with the knowledge that all prerequisites have been actioned and documents are correct.

Each shipment is managed by means of procedural workflows, configured to guide the user through all the preparatory work involved in getting a shipment ready for dispatch.

By following pre-configured processing workflows for each shipment, Exportmaster leads the user through all of the steps required to ensure that a shipment has been properly prepared for shipping.

Through workflow automation, aspects of this work can be achieved quickly and easily.

This can include;

• Customs data generation
• Hazard data generation
• Documentation digitally signed and company stamps applied
• Automatically applying the correct statements, appropriate to the shipment contents and destination
• Template emailing with pre-attached documents and shipment-specific email content

Whether it is one shipment a week or hundreds of shipments a month, every shipment is assigned its individual workflow.  Users can keep track of all of the shipments.  Exportmaster Dashboards provide a summary of all shipments and the status for each.

It’s not unusual that sometimes ERP systems are not able to provide some of the more export-specific data, to ensure successful preparation of your export shipments.  This could simply be that it would take a lot of time and considerable investment to achieve what Exportmaster can already deliver.

We always look to your existing business system to be the centrally controlled source of as much of the shipment data as possible.  Only when some of the data cannot be provided, does Exportmaster act as the resource to bridge this gap. This ensures that your already established business system remains the primary data source.

As long as your ERP or Warehouse Management System can deliver data for each individual shipment in either CSV or XML formats.  Exportmaster can import and process data from any system.

Depending on what you currently do and the processes you have in place, it can be as quickly as a month, or it can be longer. It varies for each client.
