Kimia is renowned as a quality supplier, consolidator and trader of premium solvents, pharmaceutical and cosmetic ingredients.

Their Issue

Their internal system had been built for domestic use. It did not work for international orders and did not allow them to print all the necessary documentation for export orders.

What was done

We worked closely with Kimia to align Exportmaster with their internal system. This included:

redesigning documentation
setting up data imports, and
providing other users with all the information and training they needed

The Results

Kimia is now able to deliver both bulk and smaller shipments around the world with no worries about the documentation being correct.
