three main products all of which offer document design,
direct email, progress-chasing, status control and

stand-alone or integrated with corporate business
systems. Exportmaster Professional is Exportmaster's management, administration and documentation system for exporters. It handles sales enquiries, quotations, pricing operations, distribution costings, order handling, shipping and documentation. Exportmaster ShipShape is designed for exporters needing to address only the areas of shipping and export documentation. It uses a sub-set of the modules in the Professional system and offers a simple upgrade path to Professional. Exportmaster TOPS (Trading Operations, Purchasing & Supply) adds special modules for the international trader to the comprehensive export facilities of Professional. These address areas such as sourcing, supply and price history, trading, purchasing and goods handling. Exportmaster Traveller (for use with Professional or TOPS) allows the travelling export executive to use Exportmaster in the field with data down-loaded from an office Exportmaster system and to transmit quotations and orders back to the office system across the internet. CargoManager is a graphically-oriented program which uses highly sophisticated mathematical techniques to provide load plans for containers and trailers and to optimise the loading process for maximum fill.
