This provides direct and secure access to HM Customs’ CHIEF system via the Community System Provider route and offers all three message types: Pre-shipment Advice, Supplementary Declaration and Full Export Declaration. The second product — Exportlink from Alphameric Online — does not require internet access and is a software-only solution which normally employs email for its communications with HM Customs.
