The seminar is full of ideas for improving export sales, administration, shipping and management decision making. It is based around a live demonstration of Exportmaster 4 for Windows and gives prospective clients a thorough overview of its uses and capabilities. The demonstration covers both the standard and optional modules.
Delegates will be shown how to design their own export processing system, how to create their own documents and how to maintain specialised export data. They will follow the life of an export transaction from initial sales enquiry through the pricing, costing, quotation and order processes to the preparation of shipping, customs, packing and banking documentation, with production of management reports at appropriate stages. The seminar incorporates a workshop session during which questions and problems raised by individual delegates can be explored and addressed using the software.
Registration is from 9.30 a.m. and the seminar runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with morning, lunch and afternoon breaks. Refreshments and a sandwich lunch are provided.
All seminars take place in comfortable and well-equipped meeting rooms with projection and printing facilities. Attendance, which is free of charge to exporters and international traders, is by pre-booked reservation only. The above dates are offered subject to places remaining available.
